SinglePipe is a leading provider of turnkey Voice over IP (VoIP)- based communication solutions. Our primary focus is enabling wholesalers and channel partners to deliver digital voice services to SMB and residential customers over broadband connections -- reliably, easily and with service levels that meet or exceed their current offerings.

Over the past 10 years, SinglePipe has combined its expansive local, and facilities-based infrastructure with state-of-the-art technology to bridge the gap between the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and digital voice technology delivered via IP. From the right solutions, to extensive marketing and sales support, to provisioning, installation and end customer support, SinglePipe provides you with everything you need to raise your voice.

Because we are facilities-based, SinglePipe VoIP can offer a range of services to expand your current business into several new markets - from easy-to-use service for your residential customers to the most extensive, business-class service for your small and medium business (SMB) customers. SinglePipe provides residential and SMB voice solutions through two primary channels:

  • Wholesale – Cable Operators, ISPs, CLECs, Interconnects and Other VoIP providers
  • Channel Partners – Agents, Integrators and Other IT services providers

Why is SinglePipe Different?

SinglePipe has four key differentiators versus other providers:

  • We own our own network. Unlike most other VoIP providers, we’re a facilities-based CLEC, which gives us the foundation to deliver services nationwide. As the owner of our network and phone numbers, we’re able to provide higher quality at a lower price, relative to other providers who must rely solely on third party networks.
  • We operate a carrier-grade call switching and feature delivery platform. This platform enables us to offer the most advanced calling features to enterprise and residential customers. It’s the platform of choice for delivering mission-critical hosted telephony, multimedia, unified communications and mobile services.
  • We’ve developed our own, state-of-the-art, back office provisioning and customer service platform. This platform, called the SinglePipe Information Provisioning System (SIPS), offers an entire suite of services to help deploy, provision, manage and bill our solutions, including: Order Management; Inventory Control, 911 Updates, Account Management, Feature Provisioning and Billing.
  • We have an exceptionally deep and experienced management team. The SinglePipe team is comprised of seasoned telecom professionals well over 100 years of combined experience in the industry.
