SinglePipe Residential VoIP
Premium Home Office Service
SinglePipe's Premium Home Office Phone Service includes all of the features of SinglePipe's
Premium Residential Phone Service, plus additional
features that turn your home phone service into a sophisticated home office phone
system - on par or even better with the phone services most businesses currently
have now. All of these features can be controlled from the
SinglePipe Enterprise Assistant: an easy-to-use tool bar that can
be added to any Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox Web browser. Premium
Home Office Phone Service includes the following additional features:
- Alternate Numbers: Have up to 10 phone numbers assigned to your home phone account. The usual ringing sound is provided for incoming calls to your primary phone number, with optional distinctive rings for your other numbers. (The primary number is shown as the Caller ID for outgoing calls.)
- Selective Call Acceptance and Selective Call Rejection: Define criteria, including incoming call number, time of day, and day of week, that cause certain incoming calls to be allowed, while all others are blocked, and vice versa.
- Selective Call Forwarding: Define criteria, including incoming call number, time of day, and day of week, that cause certain incoming calls to be redirected to another destination (phone number, voicemail, etc.). Multiple criteria sets can be defined to create a personal automated call director.
- Call Screening by Digit Pattern: Specify digit patterns (instead of individual phone numbers) on which to apply the following selective services: Selective Call Forwarding, Selective Call Acceptance, Selective Call Rejection, Call Notification and Priority Alert. Digit patterns consist of a sequence of digits followed by the * wildcard. For example, 240* would apply to any calls from phone numbers starting with 240. Users can also use the "?" wildcard character in specifying digit patterns.
- Priority Alert/Ringing: Assign a different call waiting tone/alert or ringing sound for user-specified phone numbers.
- Simultaneous Ringing: Have multiple phones ring simultaneously when a call is received. The first phone to be answered is connected. For example, calls to a user's desk phone could also ring the user's mobile phone.
- Remote Office: Use your SinglePipe phone service from any end point, on-net or off-net (e.g., home phone, mobile phone or 3rd party phone).
All of the above features are included in SinglePipe's Home Office Phone Service
-- at a cost that makes them available to any home office worker, including those
who split time working at home and in an office or on the road. Home office phone
service has never been this feature rich, cost effective and convenient!
