SinglePipe's Premium Residential Phone Service includes the following features:

• Unlimited Local and Unlimited Long Distance: Talk as long as you like to anyone in the United States, without annoying and costly per minute charges.
• Caller ID and Caller ID Blocking: See who's calling by incoming phone number and name (caller ID compatible phones required). Block your own Caller ID information from being sent for a particular call.
• Call Control:
  • Call Hold: Place the current call on hold
  • Call Waiting and Cancel Call Waiting Per Call: Place the current call on hold to answer another incoming call. Cancel this setting to not be interrupted during a particular call.
  • Call Forwarding: Transfer all calls (Always), incoming calls when you are already on a call (Busy) or calls when you don't answer (No Answer). Change this setting from your handset or remotely from any phone via your voicemail account.
  • Call Return and Last Number Redial: Place a call to the last number that called or the last number that called you, both with the touch of a button.
  • Do Not Disturb/Transfer to Voicemail: Set handset as unavailable so incoming calls get a busy signal or transfer incoming calls directly to voicemail.
  • 3-Way Calling: Dial another party while you are on a call and add that person to the conversation initiate 3-way conference calls.
  • Internal Automatic Callback: Monitor a busy party in your company and automatically call as soon as that party becomes available.
  • Anonymous Call Rejection: No more annoying calls from telemarketers who block their Caller ID info.
  • Speed Dials: Store key or frequently called phone numbers for quick and error-free calling using signal digit codes.
• Enhanced Voicemail: Never miss a call or program an answering machine again. If your phone line is busy or you don't answer within a predetermined number of rings, incoming calls will automatically be answered by your SinglePipe Enhanced Voicemail service. You can set it up and then check your messages from any phone anywhere, using your own phone number as your account number and your confidential personal ID number (PIN). Enjoy all of the features typically found in a business class voicemail system: Message Management, Messaging Callback, Message Waiting Indication, etc.
• Voicemails as E-Mails: Have your voicemails converted to e-mail attachments ("WAV" files, easily played by any PC with speakers) and then sent to any e-mail address you specify. Imagine the convenience of checking your home voicemails by checking your e-mail and treating them as you would any other e-mail attachment - saving them, forwarding them or deleting them as needed.
